The Site is currently a brand and product information site. At this time, LilyTily products are sold through our storefront on Amazon.com, not directly through lilytily.com. When you click a "Shop on Amazon" link, you will leave our Site and complete your purchase on Amazon, where Amazon's own Conditions of Use, return policy, and payment processing apply. LilyTily is not responsible for Amazon's policies, order processing, shipping, or payment handling.
We intend to offer direct purchases through lilytily.com in the future. When that launches, these Terms will be updated to include order, payment, shipping, and return terms for direct purchases.
We aim for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and pricing shown on the Site, but we do not warrant that this information is complete, current, or error-free. Pricing and availability for actual purchases are governed by the marketplace (currently Amazon) where the purchase is made.
The LilyTily name, logo, and all content on the Site — including text, graphics, images, and design — are the property of LilyTily or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
